Front Desk Associate / Concierge
Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
Location: Willow Grove, PA
Schedule:
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday to Friday and/ or
4:30 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Pleasantly welcomes and screens all guests
- Issues identification badges to all visitors.
- Directs or escorts guests to appropriate destination
- Accepts and retrieves packages
- Must be in company issued uniform at all times
- Must be punctual and on time for all shifts.
- Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activity
- Interacts with guests, staff and residents in a courteous manner
- Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
- Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a mandatory drug test
- Able to work well under pressure
- Must have at least two years of working experience in customer service
- Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
- Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
- Reliable means of transportation
- Completes criminal background investigation
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
- Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
